Responsibilities
- Site Preparation & Support: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and tools (hand and power tools) under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment daily.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with foremen and other trades to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor is preferred but not required; we value attitude and work ethic.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic construction tools is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
