Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finish work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid O-10 or similar construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
