- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, mixing concrete, and carpentry.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation and demolition tasks as directed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
