Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site prep, and demolition
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and securing materials
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support concrete work, framing, finishing, and landscaping operations as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory for application)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
