Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Follow precise blueprints and verbal instructions for task execution
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard identification
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Maintain organized tool inventory and equipment storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Strong work ethic with punctual and dependable attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
