Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, ensuring all areas are ready for operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drills.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and regulations.
- Support Tasks: Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Safety First: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Card.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
