We are looking for individuals ready to work hard, stay safe, and grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts and jackhammers.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas.
- Read and follow basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Hand dig trenches and foundations as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure all safety gear is worn and site conditions are safe.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
