Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and dispose of debris properly
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Read blueprints and understand basic construction sequences
- Complete daily timesheets and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
