Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout measurements and material assembly
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily safety checklists and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for 6AM-6PM shifts
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
