Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on-site
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and materials
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete basic construction tasks as directed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Pass background check and drug screen
