Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or general trade experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily availability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
