Responsibilities
- Install/repair plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and video inspection
- Ensure compliance with WA plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale projects
- Provide emergency services on-call rotation
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials
- Train apprentices on best practices
Qualifications
- WA State Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- Backflow certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Physical stamina for confined spaces
