Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation
- Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Perform site cleanup and debris management per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain equipment functionality through daily inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, levels)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends
