Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
- Ensure all work complies with DC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale renovation projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear project communication
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
Qualifications
- Valid DC plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and system design
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Proven problem-solving skills under pressure
