Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project-specific duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean work area

- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily timecards accurately for prompt payment processing
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
