Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions with minimal supervision
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive motions
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, shovels, wrenches)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
