Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) safely
- Clean and organize job sites daily
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear provided PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Assist with temporary structure assembly and demolition
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites (no public transit needed)
- Valid government-issued ID and right to work in the US
- No prior experience required – we train on the job
