Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to ensure project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper material handling
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers) on integrated projects
- Adhere to all local building codes and environmental regulations
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic math skills for measurement and material calculations
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
