Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (framing, roofing, concrete work)
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Read and interpret blueprints/schematics for project specifications
- Operate light machinery (forklifts, saws, drills) with proper training
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for early morning starts (5:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
