Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced tools
- Perform water heater installations and repairs
- Ensure compliance with Philadelphia plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Inspect plumbing systems during property renovations
- Maintain accurate service reports and client communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years plumbing experience
- Valid Pennsylvania plumbing license (or ability to obtain)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screening required
