Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades with project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily timecards and report work progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Florida residency required (for daily pay compliance)
