Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material delivery and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project-specific guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform basic concrete work, trenching, and site grading as needed
- Complete daily timekeeping and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
