Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex piping systems, including water, gas, and drainage lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform emergency repairs and maintenance services with minimal downtime for clients.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior apprentices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the District of Columbia or Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and HVAC systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces or extreme weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
