Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition work
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Complete daily timekeeping and equipment logs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
