Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards
- Lead night shift crews on large-scale installation projects
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (or reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
