Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, California Title 24, and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with project supervisors
- Maintain detailed service documentation and client reports
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Certification (Class C Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, raceways, and power distribution
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Flexible availability including weekends/after-hours emergencies
