Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and devices.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout and wiring of electrical circuits.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Tools: Use hand and power tools correctly and safely, including multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project status when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
