Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe damage using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems
- Provide emergency services during off-hours (on-call rotation)
- Estimate project timelines and material requirements accurately
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license (TX or FL required)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
