Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and deploying cutting-edge solutions such as generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced robotics) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategies with broader business objectives and market demands.
- Manage a budget of over $5M for R&D initiatives and innovation labs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, engineering management, or product development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in AI ethics or strategic technology management is a plus.
