- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic plans to the executive team and board of directors, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to align resources and drive the execution of the 2026 strategy.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of the 2026 roadmap.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future, with a deep understanding of the technological landscape leading up to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of AI, machine learning, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
