- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Oversee a $50M+ innovation budget and resource allocation
- Present future vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at director/VP level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum/biotech
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Fluency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong network with Fortune 500 innovation leaders
