Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for AI evolution, specifically focusing on the convergence of Neural Networks and Quantum Processing Units.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable, high-impact product features.
- Establish Ethical AGI Standards: Create and enforce rigorous guidelines for Artificial General Intelligence to ensure safety, fairness, and transparency in automated decision-making systems.
- Predictive Market Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify emerging paradigms (e.g., haptic internet, spatial computing) that will disrupt our industry within the next 3 years.
- Global Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and quantum engineers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-tech, with a proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
