- Partner with HR to design upskilling and reskilling programs for the AI era.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of implementing Future of Work initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and their practical applications in business operations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable workforce plans.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement.
