- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to communicate complex technical visions in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking.
- Resource Allocation: Manage multi-million dollar budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and emerging tech trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies and scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
