Your Mission
As the Director of Future Strategy, you will act as the architect of our long-term vision. You will analyze macro-trends, forecast technological disruptions, and translate complex data into actionable strategic plans that drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, defining clear milestones and deliverables.
- Analyze market dynamics and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align the 2026 roadmap with business goals.
- Develop and present persuasive business cases to the C-suite and board members to secure budget and resources.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives and pivot as necessary.
- Establish a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of blue-sky thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future trends and translating them into successful business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
