Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, validating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) relevant to 2026.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 Initiative across all organizational levels, securing buy-in from stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Identify potential disruption points in the market and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of futuristic projects and innovation pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of future trends in technology, including AI ethics, blockchain, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into tangible product and business strategies.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
