Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging technologies like Neuro-symbolic AI and Quantum Algorithms to integrate by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable product roadmaps.
- Patent & Innovation Management: Spearhead R&D efforts to secure intellectual property and patents for breakthrough technologies.
- C-Suite Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the Board of Directors and investors, demonstrating clear ROI on innovation.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all future technologies adhere to strict ethical guidelines and global compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and familiarity with Quantum Computing frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Leadership: Experience managing distributed teams and agile methodologies in fast-paced environments.
