Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AI integration and spatial computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready architectures, LLMs, Edge AI) and assess their viability for production use.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Establish best practices for innovation, ensuring rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies.
- Oversee the architecture of our cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformations and digital product launches.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of emerging trends, specifically those relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
