Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aimed at achieving our 2026 strategic objectives and market leadership.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies across all business units and product lines.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and developing scalable, sustainable tech solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Advocate for responsible innovation, ensuring strict compliance with evolving global regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments on new tech deployments to ensure alignment with Horizon Dynamics' core values.
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and policy discussions regarding the future of tech.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, engineering leadership, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of navigating complex ethical frameworks and regulatory landscapes within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, blockchain, and cloud computing architectures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Ethics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
