Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap specifically targeting 2026 readiness and beyond.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Sustainable Tech.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with key players in the future tech ecosystem.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling innovative technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, blockchain architectures, and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
