The Role:
As the Director of Future Tech, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to identify, prototype, and deploy technologies that will define the industry by 2026. You will act as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives focusing on AI, AR/VR, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Mentor and build high-performance teams capable of shipping next-gen products.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive technologies to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of futuristic product concepts.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or R&D.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in complex environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Spatial Computing).
