Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, Neural Networks, Edge Computing) to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure budget and resources for experimental projects and pilot programs.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech integration to ensure scalability and security.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that modernize legacy infrastructure for the 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and driving strategic pivots to stay ahead of the curve.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
