Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate the long-term technology roadmap for Chronos Dynamics, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee and guide high-level research projects in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends and competitor innovations to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new technological hypotheses.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete, executable strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT).
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
