Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and researchers to drive product innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and teams to successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system design.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and technology forecasting.
