Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging market trends to identify disruptive opportunities for growth.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Manage a budget of $10M+ allocated for research and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on strategy and innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies in a competitive market.
