Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum/AI/ML) and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
