- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and DARPA for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present future technology visions to Fortune 500 clients and investors driving multi-million dollar deals
- Oversee a $30M R&D budget with 15% annual growth allocation for emerging tech exploration
- Mentor a team of 12 senior engineers and researchers in cutting-edge prototyping
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies with 90% project success rate
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in commercializing emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 3+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in at least three frontier technologies: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Successful exit or IPO as founder/CTO of tech startup with $100M+ valuation
- Active advisory board member at IEEE or similar tech standards organization
