Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the Project 2026 technical roadmap and infrastructure strategy.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers and researchers in developing advanced AI and machine learning models.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neural Interfaces) into the core product.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate 2026 goals into technical deliverables.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability for global deployment.
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving complex problems for the year 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
