Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for next-gen AI systems and quantum infrastructure.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as AGI, neural interfaces, and decentralized ledgers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Vendor Relations: Manage partnerships with key hardware and software providers to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP). Experience with quantum computing frameworks is a strong plus.
