Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing concepts into existing infrastructure where applicable.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for large-scale tech initiatives.
- Evaluate new technologies (Web3, AR/VR, Edge Computing) for potential implementation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
